A well matured man and a motivator who has extensively worked in many companies that deals with fencing, gate installation and other security equipment installation. He is businessman with good qualifications in artisan. He is the Managing Director and the founders of Clearvu Superfencing Pty Ltd.
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
The current management system comprises of four permanent members (Board members) and two non active members. All members are serving at strategic and operational levels of the organization’s undertakings. Having secured a considerable motor vehicle repairing tenders, contracts and funds from the government more people will be engaged to assist in the operation.
Other services as accounting will be outsourced to volunteering management companies that has indicated their interest to help wherever necessary.
The organization aims at securing enough contracts and tenders in order to fulfill its intended goals. It will concentrate its efforts to secure government tenders and the private sector business for contracts.
Its main strategy is as follows:-
To position the company as the best assisting the needy communities in clearvu fencing and all other security elements and development by securing contracts and tenders from other organizations, the government and businesses.
The company has a very huge task to meet the demand from the communities’ daily needs. Efforts have been made so far to invite more needy communities and families to get their clearvu fencing from the company by advertising in churches around Palm ridge informal settlements and also in the local newspapers of Alberton Record and Kathorus.
It is envisaged that 90% of the community in the area are in need of well organized Company that can enhance and improve their security needs in terms of strong fencing and gates and make them more safe from robberies and break ins, but cannot afford the most affluent companies that offer these services.
As the funds become available more communities will be accommodated and thus positioning the company to the best in its chosen field.
Clearvu Superfencing Pty Ltd intends to employ people from previously disadvantaged background on permanent basis and only carefully appointed individuals will be taken aboard to bolster the team.
Initially the members (Directors) will be involved at strategic and operational management of the Executive levels, in order to ensure that the vision of the company in implemented accordingly.
STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Training is an integral part of the whole concept. There will be continuous training to update and upgrade staff and management on vital development in the clearvu fencing and on how to assist the needy communities.
